My houses are cleaner, fresher & better maintained than the competition, which effectively makes *every* AVM inaccurate, they're always too low.

It looks like your web designers are using a really old version of ASP.net, but I'd still push them to see if they can't give you a fresher design.

That's always been the way I've done it; fresher paint, fresher carpet, nice lighting and the other little things EQALS - The ability to command a higher rent and a LONGER TERM LEASE.

All these leads are public records and will usually be fresher straight from the clerks office, tax collector, code enforcement, etc…

I leave a broom on site so before showings I can quickly broom sweep carpets and floors to make them look fresher without hauling a vacuum around.
