Hey everyone,I have a buyer ready to submit a full asking price offer on my flip, but the 90-day flip rule won’t be lifted for another two weeks.

I don't know of a book to recommend, but we are currently on our 3rd live in flip.

I have done a multitude of flips throughout my life here in San Diego.
