Mobile homes can be great flips if you understand the demand in your market.. but a couple of things jump out.

My husband and I are looking for a live- in flip and we are newbies. 

If I can do a cosmetic flip and have the crews that can knock it out in a few weeks so we can relist it and do three in the  time it takes to do a full rehab which will have my money and attention tied up for months, the simple flip would be my choice. 

Of course after a few deals, he/you will gt better at putting a number on the project, but you may have slim or no profit on at least a couple of jobs.I had decades of experience and a partner with unlimited deep pockets, and still lost money on a flip!

@Mathew Fuller I have not done a flip but have friends that do that full time. 

Hey Celso, since it’s your first time flipping, I’d suggest starting locally so you can keep a close eye on the project and make sure everything’s moving along smoothly.

And I would never trust one to do a flip.

@Matt Agnew Flip one of the units with quality stuff, knock out big ticket items, and then list the property as the a value-add opportunity.
