Hello all,

Just writing to ask if anyone can recommend a book or books that outline the Live-in flip strategy.

Thanks,

Sidney

I've read a few threads of people starting with live ins. Its what I do, but it doesn't seem to be very popular in the forum.

Ha at the risk of sounding like I'm 100 years old I don't think live-in rehab is very popular now because young people are more about comfort than we were back in the day. It was my only option because I had limited funds and wanted a better future than my day job alone was going to provide. I did it 3xs while picking up a few rental properties along the way. For multiple reasons it was a slow, dirty but eventually profitable process. If you don't have family wealth, can tolerate living without nice things for a while and don't want to risk over leveraging yourself I highly recommend it.
