Just running idea up the flag pole to see if there is any reason to not build.  

So a quick update, after climbing up the flagpole at Vivint yesterday I finally got an answer to my situation.

I hope to see some great like minded people here and wish to get to the flag pole and barriers of real estate investors community.

@John Semanchuk @Mike Nuss   Mike I wanted to wrap you in this conversation as I know your very active on the political front in PDX for land use and landlord tenant issues.we are discussing what is called a Horizontal Property Regime.. this is used in Charleston SC to put two homes on one lot but you don't have to do a lot split . but you can build two full size homes.. etc etc.this is a great tool we use in Charleston I have built one and have  3 more projects that we will implement this.. with PDX wanting max density If you could run this up the flag pole when your advocating for property rights and landlord tenant laws..

@JD Martin  I just thought it best to agree with him.. that's what he wants.. and when you lay it out you see that it would be near impossible on a one off deal to get this deal unwound.. but as persistant as John Is if anyone can do it maybe he can.he should probably talk to his polictical reps as well.. one may take an interest for him and run it up the flag pole.

I once foreclosed on a flagpole with a small memorial - basically worthless.

According to h&r block we owe 40k in taxes and that is after they ran it up the flag pole to their experts.

I don't know what the demise of the company was but I do know that we could have headed off some of the issues earlier had we raised the issue up the flag pole earlier.
