Hi everyone!

This is Billy Alvaro here. I am a proud New Yorker. Bigger Pockets have always fascinated me in terms of of some quality real estate networking. I hope to see some great like minded people here and wish to get to the flag pole and barriers of real estate investors community. Real Estate in NY is never better I guess. :D
