I guess the caffeine ran out.I need a builder recommendation in Miami, FL.

Caffeine can make the brain overwork and it usually starts over analyzing then.Side tip, best gin joints to find people to do deals with are in or near airports during the week.

I'm a little low on my caffeine level at the moment.

@Elaine Bonini  within  A few years NO title companies will do these type of transactions... many don't do them already  OHIO  Missouri etc.all I am saying is you should start to line up your transactional funding also my sister in law owns the benecia coffee company do you ever go there for your caffeine ?

I suspect there's a balance between wanting a hungry/caffeinated agent and a wealthy agent who would rather spend his time on his own deals.
