I wonder if there is a way of reaching more with less.What if you walk around in the evenings or Sunday morning with a dog and strike up conversations with fellow owners who walk their dogs, may be they know who's who and can give you valuable pointers.I don't know Miami well rarely go south of Aventura but I think Sistrunk in Broward is as ghetto as I have ever seen LOL.

I have some property in Aventura and some in the Little Jamaica area. both multifamily I am not from the area but know great people there and have family, look for deals on the ground level get your self a tittle search engine and look who is in debt and distress and start calling knocking or mailing to them.

I grew up in Aventura so I am familiar with the surrounding areas.

Hollywood is my expertise, but I am knowledgable in the surrounding cities as well (Aventura, Hallandale, Golden Beach, Dania, and a little in Pines and Miramar).

I've been having the same doubts. i know some areas work really good like Brickle, Aventura area but not sure about the rest

I prefer to buy in the Miami area instead of the very expensive areas like Miami Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Aventura, etc.
