A residential electrician here is a 2yr apprenticeship vs a 5yr apprenticeship for someone who is doing commercial/industrial work.

My enlistment is done it about a year, however, I am able to finish the last 6 months of my contract doing an internship/apprenticeship. 

However be wary, like 50% of them are just funnels to get you to join an apprenticeship.

In other words you may be able to sit for the brokers test without the apprenticeship time all of us other folks had to do.

Currently, I've been going through an apprenticeship as an electrician and will be turning out as a Journeyman Wireman in October.

I recommend that you clarify what you're looking to achieve in your real estate apprenticeship and/or partnership.

Most have to get the 75-100 hour class you discussed and then do a 2-3 year apprenticeship for another 2000+ hours.

. - set up overdraft protection for your checking account (if you dont have one, get one; local bank would be better than national ones)- consider going to trade school or doing apprenticeship (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). really helpful skills. really
