I have a "residence" there, phone #, registered to vote(helped get rid of Daschle) drivers license and address.

I am also trying to get a better sense of new inventory trends and long-term economic drivers in select neighborhoods in Omaha.

I agree that the crazy boom in CS down off of William D Fitch and other areas is something to consider for being overbuilt. those homes aren't geared towards student rentals and I just don't see current economic drivers allowing for non-students to absorb the inventory.

I guess if you want to try to treat it as a profit driver upcharge, more power to you, but I just keep it simple and don't charge additional.

If you've got a bedroom there and get your mail there and have it as the address on your driver's license, I think that would be plenty.

Hotel maids, waiters, bar tenders, taxi drivers, valet service, etc….

The buyer is in the drivers seat in a case like this.

@Natalie Kolodij Yes, the car loan is pretty important, I'm a part time Uber/Lyft driver so I expect to have car loan majority of the time until I can start replacing them for cash only!

I couldn't agree more with the foundational wisdom of understanding your "why", as we all have our drivers that push us forward...if we want it bad enough.Thanks for the inspiration!
