Given that it's synced with my PMS to automatically send SMS messages to the booking guest when sound levels get above the quiet hours thresholds I've set, it's been terrific.I haven't had any issues with the smoke sensor, so far.

A good broker will make sure the chain links stay together and strengthen any weak spots along the way, a bad broker will look for someone else to QB the thing and wait on their check.Nightmare closings do happen and they happen everywhere because it can be a title issue, it can be insurance, it can be a terrible team from the lender, your broker can be bad, and all of the above.

In Milwaukee, I'd need 2 exits from the attic and 50% of the space has to have at least a 7 foot height on ceilings.Two things you want to check: both requirements are correct, but on top of that the city is getting reluctant permitting 3rd units: 50% more occupants mean 50% more water and sewer and 50% more traffic and parking.The other issue is that the cost of finishing a thrid floor with proper insulation/ventilation will run about $50-60/sf and only makes sense if you can get strong rents.
