So, after acquiring a lot of inventory I needed to find REAL buyers and this is what has led me to this Blog.

On the same day I happened to find the word of "real estate investment" and just kept reading whatever I could find, led me here, just fell in love with the idea, and canceled my offer.Okay, I am an absolute newbie and not educated at all, but I will learn and learn more as hard as I can but in the meantime I want to know what I can do with my "sitting on 0.01% interest rate regular saving account cash(not TOO MUCH :) only wisely.Thanks for reading.

But i am always there learning what he's doing, because if i'm going to grow my RE business, i need to understand what needs to be done so i won't be led down the wrong track in the future.

This led us onto commercial property which is our main focus.

A few internet searched have led me to the BP podcasts and eventually the forums.I'm interested in buy and hold, the BRRR strategy seems right up my alley, however I'm not trying to limit myself to one option. 

That led to reading books and articles from other investors.

I believe it's probably genetic.But basically I think the vast majority of people need and want to be led by the hand, to be told what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and limited to a finite amount of disposable funds.Creating, managing and growing a business is really just a lot of hard donkey-work and most people just aren't interested in working that hard.And I don't believe anyone has ever truly succeeded at doing something they didn't enjoy doing.

Each "test" led to greater concessions and repairs (in the thousands) that really weren't needed.

The nature of my path has led me to volunteering and interning for the near term.I have some cash from my last sale and I'd like to make my first rental property investment.
