Hi! My name is Lynnette Abad and I am a Real Estate Broker in Las Vegas, NV. Here is my story on how I got here in a nutshell ...

Being in the Real Estate Market, I stumbled into this crazy world of REO Bulk sales and I did so as a favor to one of my sellers (can you believe I voluntarily through myself into this mess??!!?). Sure enough, the whole circus started and I wanted to pull my hair out. After successfully selling my seller's portfolio, the flood gates opened and seller's were beating down my door and buyer's started calling because they "heard" that I had "real product". So, after acquiring a lot of inventory I needed to find REAL buyers and this is what has led me to this Blog. My first Blog ever as a matter of fact!
