They use it in hospitals and dog kennels, and nursing homes for odors.Also tired on cement using a hydrogen peroxide rinse.. for cat smells.. that was tricky, bought it at beauty salon in gallon jugs.. 

City has the most traffic for traveling nurses in Ohio.

We had one tenant with one child and she was a nurse.

Like minded professionals sharing a home such as tech professionals or travel nurses could be a great subset for sure.

My current tenants are teachers, police, nurses, military.

I currently  work full time as a nurse, and am wanting to build my retirement portfolio.  

We look for tenants who are employed - most are single parent households, where the mother is a nurse/caregiver, and there are 2 or 3 children who are in school or even in college. 

I used to be a nurse aide and his mom was one of my patients and his mom loved and had nothing but good things to say.

Not to sure how active it is in PCB, but multiple people will rent out to traveling nurses, workers, etc. during off season in Destin.
