What to do with 250K
Hey everyone!
Super excited to be posting on a forum! I've been listening to the podcasts for years and am excited to finally take some action. I currently have a portfolio of 3 rental units and I can pull out about 150-200K (somewhere in that range) of equity in these properties. I'm considering doing so to grow my Portfolio. I'm considering buying a 4 plex in Utah, but they go for about 800K and rent out for about $1000-$1100 per door - so not great returns given the fact that I would have to pay for my HELOC money and the mortgage. I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has any suggestions of good places to invest in that would generate great cash flow - or see if anyone needs any $ for a deal they are working on currently. I'm just a little lost as I've never invested out of state before but have a strong desire to do so. Looking on loopnet is is a mess when trying to find a bigger (bigger than 4) unit property to invest in. Just thought I'd throw this out there.
Thanks everyone!
