We researched other niches only to turn back around, literally a 360’, to want to master the art of wholesaling.Now We are in the stage of getting our plan together, We found so many tools to help wholesalers, but my concern is what contract is best in Milwaukee to use or does it matter also, We would love to know a good lawyer and title company to use.

Fire them, move on.Same as contractors: many are lousy, few are good. when you find the good ones leech onto them like a stage 5 clinger.Don't let the obstacles hem you up too much.
