Unless your ALL cash investor loans will not be there and or only for the 1% ers  ..markets crash  debt goes right with it  :)  will the cashed up investor and or company do well your darn right.. will the investor who thinks their 750 fico but only has 20 to 30% to put down  they will have a tough time and will have to wait for things to bounce back..this is why a lot of folks talk about buying when you can  not waiting to time a bottom.

The state Realtor association has a fine legal hotline, whose advice I bounce off of the advice from the excellent Prepaid Legal attorneys.Sharon gives outstanding advice on this topic.

I am sure that it is because there is a high bounce rate for these lists.  

I woud love to find a mentor, find someone to bounce ideas off of, partner with, befriend, go for long walks on the beach with (kidding), etc.

Thought I would share this article from Airdna showing data that STR bookings in leisure destinations are bouncing back much more quickly than STR bookings in metro markets worldwide.

If your website doesnt' address the prospects biggest questions and concerns at each of those stages... you're not delivering the message they need to feel fully informed on their decision... and they'll likely bounce and head to a site that does answer their questions.
