In NJ Just Starting Out

Hi BP-

I just wanted to introduce myself. I am just starting out in Northern New Jersey. I come from a real estate family (my father owns an agency and brother is starting out in sales side). I have a finace backround and am working in contract finance. I am lookind to get both flipping (my dad has expierence and contact to do so) and buy and hold investing. I woud love to find a mentor, find someone to bounce ideas off of, partner with, befriend, go for long walks on the beach with (kidding), etc.
