I have an educational background in engineering and business and have grown up in a family that has had several members employed in the construction industry.I joined BiggerPockets looking for tips and techniques that will help grow my property investment empire, so that I may one day take over the world!

Still have a few areas where I'm lacking information and I found alot of the answers on the forums here.My short term goals include purchasing my first SFR to rent and my long term goals are to expand the empire and assist buyers with limited credit to get into a new home.

Our goal is to build a portfolio or as I say an "empire" of passive income to provide the cash flow needed for early retire in 15 years, wo we do work on furthering our careers.

I am setting out to make a vendor list for Inland Empire (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.) and I am sort of starting from scratch.Anyone in the Inland Empire area already have any that they have relied on in the past and would recommend?

Feel free to send me cashflow deals and what not in the Inland Empire or surrounding areas.

I currently have 2 rental properties in Michigan and I am looking to expand my empire and make this a full time gig.

For instance, does Inland have registered representatives that sell directly to investors?

As is I' chose to live 10 miles inland and at over 900 feet so not too worried.
