Testing the water down in Georgia

Hey everyone. Ron Johnson here (not the senator, not the CEO), 28 years old. I'm a newbie down in Georgia still in the process of doing my homework although I'm close to jumping in. Still have a few areas where I'm lacking information and I found alot of the answers on the forums here.

My short term goals include purchasing my first SFR to rent and my long term goals are to expand the empire and assist buyers with limited credit to get into a new home. Thanks everyone for your inputs. I look forward to giving back to the community as my experience increases.
