Hello from Southern California

Hello everyone! This is my first post here on BP after having lurked for many months. I am a full time software developer looking to get into real estate investing. My goal is a buy and hold strategy via cashflow properties to secure an alternative form of income. I'm hoping that someday these will help supplement an early retirement . I dream of becoming a full time investor, but we'll see what reality brings.

I'm 27, and married to another software developer. We are currently investing in further education as she begins an MBA program since business seems to be her calling  .

I'm happy to be a part of the community. Feel free to send me cashflow deals and what not in the Inland Empire or surrounding areas. We currently wouldn't mind moving on anything to get this investing ball roling. I'm open to any kind of networking.

Thanks!
