Does anyone know if BiggerPockets has RE agents who specialize in land purchasing?

My uncle has agreed to allow me to use his system, employees and resources to build my own trailer park empire.

Because I need cashflow proceeds to start being withdrawn in 2 years and not today, I'm looking for how I can build up the empire with a larger portfolio with continued investments beyond the initial $250k now.  

Whether or not you believe there will be drastic changes, we are already seeing increasing weather events with unusual patterns like the hurricane that whipped through Central (Inland) Florida in 2024.

Even Tom's "empire" is 700+ properties that he says bring in 600K/month.

More interested in land contracts and lease purchase options enough /without needing a lawyer each time.The properties are worth about 150k each.
