Dawn Anastasi You're absolutely right, I made about 8 calls to different lenders today, but they either didn't offer it, or it was only 15 year terms.

As a landlord I take responsibility for keeping in working order items like the furnace and AC, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc. 

It's only recently that it dawned on me how good RE was as an investment.
