Regarding finding an agent that is local and works with investors, I would go to local real estate Facebook groups and on here and post what area you are looking for one in and I am sure you will get help.

They sent the pictures and it looked good but with debris all around but I feel I should've demanded a video walk through before I agreed with a draw.
