Very brave of you to argue with someone on their property in trigger happy Texas!!

I have been actively working on my credit and have saved an adequate amount of capital to pull the trigger on the proper investment opportunity when it presents itself as I acquire more education. 

And then there are other side strip malls that have things like the independent hair salon, dry cleaner, maybe a non-name-brand food place, knick-knack shop, etc.

I want to be able to take a vacation when and where I want and have story that my children can respect.TL;DRI want to make my impact in this world and Real Estate will be my vehicle to do so.

You need to start analyzing anything and everything, so when the time comes, you know it’s a deal and you can pull the trigger immediately.

Your local real estate investors are great to learn what they have done, are doing, and are planning to do.Then, pull the trigger with some form of action whether it is directly investing, or contributing time/services to an investor who is willing to mentor you.Good luck and welcome!

Hello BP Community Members,I've been lurking on here for a few months and decided it was time to pull the trigger.

I do, however, want to pull the trigger.

Most importantly, education will give you the confidence to pull the trigger when a deal actually presents itself.

You don't seem ready to pull the trigger for a few years, so any localized knowledge would be useless unless you lived here.
