If that is the case the best way in the door is probably to walk into the leasing office, bring a gift basket or something, and stay in front of the managers and leasing team in those buildings.If you need to alter the building or "move into" the building to perform this business then you'll likely still need to get in the door in the same way but you'll likely need to go "up" the chain to ownership.
