Tenant non-payment- need advice
I have a tenant in a rental property that has given 60 days notice. The tenant has not paid the last months rent, and I expect won’t pay the next two.
The tenant is a high profile person who is followed by Page 6 types. I would like to find message boards and forums to post the delinquency to make this information publicly available. I unfortunately can’t use credit bureaus as they are non-US citizen.
Any advice?

Dont make it personal and go all over SM "outing" them...it may feel good but will only back fire in court.
Start the legal process.... hire an attorney as needed
