Karen with your 3 young kids I do not think a residential agent will be a good fit.Before spending a ton of money and time on licensing and tests etc. do you have local friends that are successful agents or brokers?

Hi Stephen,Well, it sounds familiar what you describe.My guess would be that he tries to "test" you on behalf of your answer.

So passing a percolation test is important, as is having a water quality/ water testing done... but someone in FL in an area specific to what you are looking for may be a better resource.
