Karen with your 3 young kids I do not think a residential agent will be a good fit.Before spending a ton of money and time on licensing and tests etc. do you have local friends that are successful agents or brokers?

So passing a percolation test is important, as is having a water quality/ water testing done... but someone in FL in an area specific to what you are looking for may be a better resource.
