My only comment would be have you confirmed your real estate taxes(Dormont borough, Keystone Oaks SD, school earned income, etc.)?

In addition to having an excellent tenant pool and a great school district,  rents and home prices have been increasing steadily.I have a great escrow company that I have dealt with often,  Havent done a double close withthem, but I dont see that posing a problem for them.

@John K. wow two weeks for results that is old school.. now a days at least in the states I have licneses once you hit submit.. the computer spits our your results.. some states its pass or fail some will give you how well you did.Like on my NMLS mortgage banker test ..
