(5 units and above is considered commercial, but for 4 and less, "normal" residential mortgage rules apply and garbage collection--at least in Cincinnati--is no cost as part of the taxes you pay for city services...)

There is never a rehab that will have the same cost as another rehab nor multi-family rehab cost per door all will be totally different from the others it just depends on the amount of work that needs to be done in each unit or SFR home.
