Hi BP members! 

My name is Sean and I am new to RE investing and looking to get my feet wet here in Orange County, CA. I studied architecture at USC '08 but left the field soon after graduation to continue working on a business I started in my last semester. 7 years later, I am still an entrepreneur/ business owner and would like to continue building passive income through rental properties. I have some cash to deploy and hoping to start my journey with the help of the community!

Welcome @Sean Heath to the BP community. I would recommend you join the local REIA's. There are plenty to choose from on MeetUp and there is even one that is a BiggerPockets MeetUp.
