After a long period of making offers on properties in the LA City and Surrounding area I figured that my only chance of getting my Inventory is at the LA County Auction at Pomona.

I am happy with all the lots I have I have been told I need to wait a year as the sale could be rescinded but I want to press on to the next stage. For the Lien Investors that have used LA County Auction who are also developers what is the next cause of action.

Some of my lots need a Topography Survey as they are hillside. I want to do as much as possible with as little cost as possible so that if rescinded I won't be too much out of pocket. I have done some concept drawings so I invariable know what I want on each lot.

Also at what point will I need title insurance since I intend to buy build and hold on to the property long term.
