When I found one I liked I was very close to pulling the trigger...but I am glad I didn't.

I don’t recall any violent civil unrest from this crisis.The German economy suffered hyperinflation in the early 1920’s, which was primarily triggered by excessive financial obligations to other countries (sound familiar?).

I've done a lot of reading and research and maybe suffer from "analysis paralysis" but this is my first real step towards pulling the trigger and investing in real estate.  

Since this is my first investment I'm a little hesitating to pull the trigger.
