foreigners using subject to existing mortgage to purchase real estate
Hey Everyone
I was wondering if there are any foreigners investing in USA using Subject to existing mortgage, or anyone has any tips if this is something foreigners(Canadians) can do without triggering do on sale clause.
Thank you in advance
