For someone who has NO MONEY, how can you purchase a HUD when from my understanding most hard money/private lenders will not loan to individuals and HUD will not sell to companies.Is there any work around for this situation?

He might be thinking you are going to close the transaction before completing the sale of your interest in the LLC.As I have been reminded today, you can't teach stupid.If the lawyer is not willing to do it but a title company will and will insure the title and you are comfortable with the transaction why try to push on a rope?
