Immediate need is to fix a dishwasher (it was just installed incorrectly), install a new vent hood in the kitchen and check air vent in one of the bedrooms. 

How about Features such as dishwasher or energy efficenet appliances?

I had to do zero renovations other than change out the gasket on the dishwasher.
