My college degree was in physics and chemistry, but i did have a minor in economics, I understand the value of a dollar, and I can do my own taxes, lol.I enjoy playing poker in my spare time, and was semipro for a little while (semipro = didn't get rich) and still belong to a private group of many close friends and high stakes players.

He has a partner in this venture ( not myself.)He seems to enjoy it, but has had is easy so far, because his rent is payed buy our government.

And yes, I enjoy real estate quite a bit.

An LLC treated as an S-corp for tax purposes will enjoy the same tax treatment as the S-corp.

With that said, she spends all the money I make, and enjoys it, as far as I know.

What's the best way(s) you've found to invest? Rent, rehab and resale, sell on contract, use wraparounds, tax liens/deeds, etc? We all have hopes of making good money, but at the same time what offers the least stress...
