Noob from Mid-Michigan hoping to make 1st purchase soon!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Brian and I'm 25 years old, a recent college dropout.

I was going to school to become a teacher but I just really can't see myself being happy spending the next 30+ years doing that.

I've always been interested in real estate and I'm hoping to purchase my first home to rehab sometime within the next few weeks.

I've worked for a residential building company briefly while going to college so I know quite a bit about that aspect of the rehab, but need to learn alot (in a short time) about so much of the other aspects of real estate investing.

This looks like a great community and I'm very excited to have found it and look forward to learning as much as possible.
