Partnership for Development Project
I have a contract on a 96 lot subdivision in Georgia. I was thinking about contacting developers, and seeing if someone would like to partner. I was just going to try and sell it, but Im thinking about pursuing it a little further.
Im wondering if developers are open to these types of situations. It appraised for 9.5 million, and I could get it for 6. The roads are run, sewer is in, and all lots are ready to be built on.
I've never developed, and would need experienced developers to see if its a worthy project. I would work the sale side, and take on some of the loan.
What do you guys think.
