But on the flip side I have met many VERY VERY capable investors on BP so its not all beginners.. but the bigger players you can tell right off the bat.. and that meeting or talk is much different than the hey I need a mentor.. those talks are hey I am a very successful business man/ women with capacity looking to invest..  

Orlando is also a major player in U.S. defense contracting and poised to capture growth in this industry going forward from the recent increase in the US military spending budget.

If it is that large of a rehab, there will be high costs no matter who the buyer is, and the big players will want a larger spread than I imagine your deal will offer.

Players with deep pockets yes but for the average joe not really.

Perhaps when my enterprise has grown large enough, i can dabble in a larger player such as the DC metro area, however at this point, I plan on being a long distance property owner.

Through all of this, the public continues to be scammed by these game players.

Morris Invest is a big player on the low end of things (plus they don't really own the properties they sell), Memphis Invest a very big player on the higher end.
