Hey everyone, my name is Julio and I'm new to real estate investing. I recently came across some videos on youtube of Clayton Morris and turnkey real estate investing and I wanted to know if anyone has hands on experience with his company. I'm a software developer and have about 50k available for investing and this seems like the way to go since i don't want to be too involved, although 10%-12% seems to good to be true. I tried searching the forums for information and several people have pointed out and warned that this has been discussed already but i cant find the actual posts where this happened. I mainly want to hear any and all cons to going this route, the pros seem to be better than what i expected. I appreciate your thoughts, thanks!!

Check out Patchofland.com, realtyshares.com, and fundrise.com.

I have used them for a few years and real estate returns are indeed 10-18%.
