Any thoughts about Realquest.com
I am thinking about buying realquest after using the site 1 week free trial. I like that the site provides the previous sale history of a property. Also, provides foreclosure judgement balance and what lien is being foreclosure. I saw where the Foreclosures/REOs judgement balances were $20K to $30K lower than asking price the Banks/Realtors were wanting. I think it is a good investment when it comes to negotiating. Realquest told me I can have the entire state of Texas for $150 per month. This is for realquest professional. I would like to hear you all thoughts.

Hi Timothy C.,
I signed up for realquest, but I cancellled after 1 month of using it. I did not like the fact that I was paying $225 per month (nationwide) and was still limited to certain features on the site. I had to pay if I wanted to get mls pictures for comps or use other features. It was not as benefiticial to me as I thought. You would think $225 per month would give you access to the whole site, but it didn't. I did like that you could get a ton of information on property, but it was not worth the price for me in my opinion.
Thanks,
Tim.
