There are always pockets in neighborhood that are good and bad, sometimes 2 houses on a block are rotten apples and the rest of the block is fantastic.I would drive around and get a feel of your desired area's.   

A colloquial expression of false equivalency is "comparing apples and oranges".If one of the causes of death you listed was a highly infectious virus that is brand new to the human population, that we have no vaccine for, that was spreading at a rapid rate with death rates nearly doubling every day in hot spot areas, then it would be comparable.

Almost none of it apples to me or my goals.

So, while I can not speak to what goes on in the so-called “hood” I can say we have some bad apples up here in the ‘burbs.

I love how all my APPLE devices SINC to the computer.

And I should be able to almost save up enough to cover a 2nd property.Currently I only have 15 varieties of blueberries, 2 apple trees, cherries, currants, elderberries, honeyberry, and 3 different varieties of raspberries.This next year I hope to plant 12 apple trees, 3 or 4 pear trees, 80 raspberries, 50 blueberry, 10 grapes, 10 elderberry, 20 cherry bushes.
