Hi to everyone at BiggerPockets. I am so glad to have found this website through reference from a Kindle ebook on real estate investing. I don't have any personal real estate experience although my Grandfather was a developer, flipper and landlord so I guess it is somewhat in my blood! Right now I am mainly interested in providing financial backing on investments but do have interest in flipping properties as well. If anyone can suggest appropriate reading material I would appreciate it. I have poked around the forums some but this is new so I am not sure where best to start. Thanks in advance!

Real estate will be a life long learning experience and if done with few mistakes as possible you will be very happy you made this choice.
