On the plus side I 100% see the country pulling through this, and the opportunities will be massive.

We are all in this together and it saddens me to see the crass comments.

It’s very sad to see the death toll climbing, people losing their jobs and suffering, but I must say I’m enjoying the peace and quiet, lack of noise and air pollution, no traffic and a quietude that I haven’t experienced in Boulder since the 90’s (minus the trails, the trails are busier than ever).

I would contact the tenant and indicate that they had the chance to see the place before they moved in and they signed the lease.

Longer term we could see the deflationary pressures that Europe and Japan have been dealing with for some time (changes in demographics, increased savings rates to counter low yields, etc). 

I don’t think we will see the effects on how bad things are until another 2-3 months.

You can get ALL of this done on the phone before going to see the property, and it would be a good use of your time.

We didn't even raise rent this year, but since we posted in October we only had a handful of people come to see the house.
