So at the at the end of the day yes he has the Money but you have (according to you) what a lot of people are missing and is very hard to come by .....integrity , so you are more valuable to him.

Laying the ground work today is integral to success in the future.The second hurdle I saw, which I’m sure you can relate to as well, is that people saw you as a “kid” and found difficulty with entrusting you to buy/sell property for them.

If integrity is in question it should be a two way street.When buyers put in highest and best offers and agent comes back looking for more if we assume buyers have integrity there would be no counter offers.

Find a vetted mentor with integrity, there are plenty that would love to help you.

I incorporate gut-wrenching truth and beauty in the same works. lol :)what I think is that people have strayed from an understanding of a standard of integrity, and corruption has crept into leadership and people's lives, slowly and surely, much thanks at least in part to the influence and agenda of the media and hollywood. so I hope to set a clear standard that people can see so they can recognize the difference between truth and lies, and integrity and corruption. tall order. esp considering the extent of the media influence I'm competing against. but I do hold my ground in my circles of influence and people do notice.
