My question is this, I know my previously pristine credit will sink like a rock thrown from a 10 story building, but realistically how hard would it be to buy a Home or rent a place by just using my wife's credit for the next 7-10 years while I re build my credit.

This can happen as I alsways ask what other work they have going and if they are going to order a truck load of sheet rock, then we talk.Advances on the bid job are to a percentage of the total work accomplished and change orders are a flat hourly rate.

The trick is sorting through stuff to figure out what interests you the most and finding someone that can help.I'm a Round Rock guy so those areas aren't really in the meaty part of my strike zone.
