Hi
I have seen a house that has the following message on MLS listing, how do I put in an "Elec Bid" - can anyone help ?

Description
HUD home. Sold 'AS IS' by Elec Bid only. For Prop. conditions, Forms, Discl, & Avail see Website in Agent Remarks*. Insured w Escrow repairs $4,400. Bids due by 6-20-10 11:59 PM or daily until sold. MCB makes no warranty as to current or future existence of mold in this property and is not liable for the potentially harmful effects thereof. ( Additional MLS Data: Summer Tax: $3714 Winter Tax: $516 )
