I was semi lucky that I have a lot of sand and just starting the winter planting season so I was able to hand broadcast winter grass seed right before a rain and have nice green yards quickly.

The yard is clean and green (when the weather is nice) but 1/3 of it was covered with junk and rocks so we'll level it and seed it this summer.
