The HOA is all over me and the renter about knee-high weeds, but they get that way in 3-4 days with their seed pods.

I was semi lucky that I have a lot of sand and just starting the winter planting season so I was able to hand broadcast winter grass seed right before a rain and have nice green yards quickly. 

If you have bare spots in some parts of the lawn you could try sprinking Bermuda grass seeds and then hand watering.

You generally see D Class communities in areas that have high unemployment which is not the case for Huntsville. 

It'll be 6-9 months before you get calls but start planting the seed now. 

Don't spend your seed money, but use it to infinity. 

Finches and canaries tend to be "seed slingers" only. 

I feel as though, given time, seed capital could be raised more quickly for the park if I was to buy a small home of my own for the interim.

The yard is clean and green (when the weather is nice) but 1/3 of it was covered with junk and rocks so we'll level it and seed it this summer.
