I understand what you mean Mike, I was referring more to kitchen cabinets and sinks and islands, bathroom items (shelfs, furniture to store towels in etc,) and various ingenious items that make everyday living and organizing easier argggg this is hard to explain I need a drink :beer: lol

You know you're a real estate investor when an attractive young woman invites you to her house at 9 p.m. to "drink some wine" and you turn her down because you want to scout property early the following morning....

So you would need to show that by having this property fixed up and rented the city is going to attract residents that will want to spend money in their city (shopping, dining, drinking, etc...), you will want to show a trend in neighborhoods that have gone up in value have increased the city's tax revenue over time, etc...While I am no expert, in the past, that has been the best route that I have seen to get discounts.As All Cash points out, having someone who used to sit on the board that makes those decisions is always a great route to go as well.

Dont drink anything but water, preferably filtered, not distilled.

I'll buy a drink for the first guy (or gal) who can negotiate a retail deal using an e-bay auction printout - and no not a retailer's e-bay ad or a buy it now.
